Project Details
Teesta Solar Limited (TSL) engaged EQMS Consulting Limited to carry out Operation Phase Environmental & Social (E&S) Audits and Quarterly Environmental Monitoring for its 200 MW Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power Project located in Gaibandha, Bangladesh. The objective of this assignment is to ensure ongoing compliance with national environmental regulations.
The scope of services includes conducting quarterly ambient air, noise, and water quality monitoring, assessing compliance with the project’s Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), and evaluating performance against Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) commitments. EQMS also conducts on-site assessments, stakeholder engagement reviews, and prepares detailed audit reports with corrective action recommendations as needed. This continuous monitoring program ensures the project maintains high standards of environmental stewardship and social responsibility during its operational lifecycle.
