US-Bangla Assets Limited will intend to develop like Purbachal American City (PAC) which will be developed with pure and natural greeneries and landscape, which will have various international banks and many others international offices, hospitals, mosques, and other recreational facilities. It is located adjacent RAJUK’s ‘Purbachal New Town’ project: which is one of the massive, modern, and pre-planned towns in the South-east Asia that will serve as administrative capital of Bangladesh. Purbachal American City (PAC) is an exclusive residential zone with all facility for all class of dwellers with own identity.
PAC has come up with a concept of satellite town. Economically, a satellite town stands out from a suburban town. A satellite town has less economic influence from a larger metropolitan area than a suburb would have. In this aspect, PAC is independent from the metropolitan area.
